These systems minimise the amount of air and moisture that is exchanged during loading and unloading. They protect the heat-sensitive goods, guarantee the cold chain, prevent the aggregates from icing over and save energy costs.

Insulating systems

These curtains offer the same benefits as the air exchange minimising systems. The whole system, optimised due to the insulating effect, even whilst moving. It is possible to divide the vehicle into one, two or three chambers with different temperature ranges, which saves both logistics and energy costs.

Product innovation in 2021
The ISO.top is an insulating longitudinally sliding curtain made of food-safe material on both sides, with seals on all sides, filled with a flexible 60 mm special insulation, which can easily be operated by hand.

The patented  lengthwise moveable facility is a supplementary component for all temptec systems. It enables the curtain to be moved backward and forwards. The space that is to be cooled can be adjusted flexibly to correspond to the volume of the load. This saves additional energy costs. The flexibility facilitates loading, saves the driver valuable time and assists with the cleaning and disinfection.

All systems are assembled as a self-supporting structure between the side panels. Reinforcements are not necessary. Pre-assembled components facilitate quick and uncomplicated installation. Assembly at a later date and modification can be carried out easily.

Fully and semi-automated systems can be controlled via the impulse of movement of the hydraulic platform and/or via a timer.
