The user-friendly temptec systems, which are predominantly patented, offer significant benefits during loading and unloading, when work is interrupted and during the journey when delivering temperature-dependent and hygiene-sensitive fresh, chilled and frozen products.

Air exchange minimising systems

minimise the exchange of air between the interior and the exterior, and thereby, keep the temperature in the cooling chamber constant. If the temperature outside is higher than inside, the warm, moist air is prevented from entering. This means that the cooling unit freezes over a lot less and works almost without interruption. The low de-icing times increase the efficiency and lower the energy costs.

Insulating systems

offer the largest possible savings in energy costs during loading and unloading, when work is interrupted and during the journey. A vehicle can be divided into different temperature ranges and the space that is to be cooled can be adapted to the loading volume. These systems also fulfil an air brake function, which reduces the exchange of air between the interior and exterior.
The patented lengthwise moveable facility​ is a supplementary component for all temptec systems. It facilitates the convenient traversal backward and forwards of a curtain in the direction of the front side and the space that is to be cooled can be adapted to the loading volume, which saves additional energy costs. The flexibility simplifies the loading, saves the driver valuable time, and helps with the cleaning and disinfection.

​All systems are assembled as a self-supporting structure between the side panels. Reinforcements are not necessary. Pre-assembled components facilitate quick and uncomplicated installation. Assembly at a later date and modification can be carried out easily.

Fully and semi-automated systems can be controlled via the impulse of movement of the hydraulic platform and / or via a timer.
