Thomas Schram couldn’t stop thinking about this question when he worked for a few years in the refrigerated vehicle industry. So, at the turn of the millennium he founded temptec GmbH, aimed solely at providing practicable solutions that would delight the fleet managers, the drivers and the controllers and decision-makers alike. Safeguarding the goods, saving energy costs, protecting the environment – three in one. And all of this with the acceptance of the drivers, who, in the end, decide with their behaviour whether the whole thing works. |

Thomas Schram started out in a cellar and developed smart technical solutions right from the start. This has resulted in a lot of patents, which the company holds today. He considers the direct dialogue with all those involved to be important since this way, cooling processes are subsequently put into practice using practical experience.
In 2016, temptec moved into its very own company building in Jetzendorf near Munich. This is where the manufacturing takes place. Everything is Made in Germany. Safe and cool is temptec’s, motto and also Thomas Schram and his team’s incentive, it does not, however, describe the way they interact with each other. Quite the opposite. The customers from Germany, Europe and even further away really appreciate this. |
